Hello I’m Charlotte.

I’ve had a love affair with flowers since the age of 16. When my youngest daughter started school I went back to college and gained my Btec national diploma and qualified with a double distinction under the guidance of a superb teacher. Over the years i’ve worked in various shops which gave me vital hands on experience but I always felt it zapped my creativity, so in 2017 - Charlotte Staff Flowers was born. What can I say, I have never looked back. Its grown from strength to strength and I just love nothing more than creating beautiful floristry in my home studio.

I live in Caister on Sea with my husband Steven (of 26 years!) and our lovely dog Bertie the chorkie. I’m a mum of two grown up Daughters, Amber and Mia who we are both super proud of. Even though I live in a coastal town I love going to the forest for a dog walk followed by an afternoon in a good old country pub. I have a big passion for live music and Glastonbury is my happy place!
