Hello I’m Charlotte

I’ve been in love with flowers since I was 16, and that love has only grown over the years. Floristry isn’t just my job—it’s my passion. I’ve dedicated myself to studying and mastering the art, earning a double distinction BTEC National Diploma, and gaining hands-on experience working in florist shops for many years. While I learned so much in those shops, I often felt my creativity was a little constrained. So, in 2017, I took a leap of faith and started my own home studio, Charlotte Staff Flowers—and I haven’t looked back since! The journey has been nothing short of incredible. I’ve had the privilege of working on some truly special projects, bringing my clients’ floral dreams to life, and I’m so grateful for every opportunity that has come my way.

I live in the beautiful coastal village of Caister-on-Sea with my husband, Steven. We’re lucky to have two wonderful daughters and two gorgeous granddaughters who bring so much joy to our lives. My family’s support means everything to me, and knowing they’re behind me every step of the way inspires me to always be the very best I can. When I’m not immersed in flowers, you’ll most likely find me making memories with them—they’re my greatest joy.

Known for its beautiful architecture and grounds, and it's even been featured in Vogue as one of the most romantic houses in England.

ORMESBY MANOR

A beautiful and luxurious venue in Norfolk. It's an 18th-century manor house set in 12 acres of parkland within the Norfolk Broads National Park.

GLEMHAM HALL

A Grade I listed building with a rich history, dating back to the Elizabethan era. Set within 300 acres of picturesque parkland, featuring manicured gardens, ancient trees, and rolling landscapes.
